Took the family out to dinner. Heard Great things about the gluten free pizzas. My mom and I struggled with celiac disease. So it can be hard to find a place to eat. Marcos did not disappoint. Prices are pretty high but we enjoyed everything we had. My father had the meatball sliders and a plain pizza. He had really enjoyed how well seasoned everything was. My brother had the eggplant pasta. He ate every last bite. Didn’t leave anything on the plate. All our food came out nice and piping hot. My mother and I had our gluten free pizza and they made sure to take our allergy very seriously. I will say they could possibly cook the dough just a bit more. That way it has a bit of a crunch to it. They offer dairy-free cheese. We also had dessert. The pancetta it was pretty good. I liked the sweetness and the lightness of the cream and the sauce of the raspberry. Our waitress was very sweet and very accommodating. She had some good recommendations and check on us often.

Had an absolute blast here! The food was delicious and hot, and I had one of the greatest cheese pulls I've ever managed, I'll definitely be back. I would highly *highly* recommend the Ravolo as an appetizer, that delicious adult pizza pocket was sinful. Edit: I'm a dummy and forgot the name of the Appetizer. It's Rotolo not Ravolo, and the Balsamic it came with was sinful
The pizza is a perfect Neapolitan style. We went on Tuesday where margaritas are half price. The local beer was really tasty too.
If I could give Marcos more than five stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, Katy the hostess welcomed us like family—warm, genuine, and smiling like she owned the place in the best way. She set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Our server Tiki was a total rockstar. Attentive, upbeat, and full of great recommendations. She made sure our drinks were full, our table was clear, and our hearts were full too. And don’t even get me started on the food. The woodfired pizza was absolutely next level. But here’s the part that most places can’t match—the cooks at the oven were incredible. Not just skilled (you can taste the craftsmanship), but cool, friendly, and totally in their element. Watching them work was part of the experience. Flames dancing, dough flying, smiles all around. Marcos isn’t just a pizza spot. It’s a vibe, a family, and a flavor all its own. AMAZING food and great service. Our bartender Laura was awesome! Bronx pizza (sausage and peppers) is out of this world. Same with vodka pizza. Also the meatball sliders! Highly, highly recommended establishment.

They are one of the few spots in Colorado with the official VPN (Vera Pizza Napoletana) certification, meaning they follow the strict, traditional rules of pizza-making straight from Naples. A Masterclass in Coal-Firing The pizza here is truly amazing. Because they use high-heat coal-fired ovens, the crust has that perfect "leopard spotting" thin and soft in the middle with a beautifully charred, airy rim. The Wings: A Hidden Gem While people come for the pizza, the Wings are what they stay for. They are coal-roasted (never fried). They are juicy, tangy, and have a smoky depth you just can't get from a standard deep fryer. They are easily some of the best wings in the city. The staff here are awesome and really know their stuff. Whether you’re asking about the difference between the New York and Neapolitan styles or looking for a wine pairing, they are attentive without being overbearing. Even when the Ballpark location gets slammed before a Rockies game, the team stays high-energy and makes sure you’re taken care of.
Went there on a weekday (Wednesday) and it was empty. Maybe a couple more tables were busy other than us. The server/host showed us to a table and was helpful while answering as we are vegetarians. Went with garlic bread, basic veg(Margherita)pizza and desert. Service was on point and everything was great. Will visit on a Tuesday as it’s 50% off or on the weekend when there is vibe.
Fantastic pizza joint. While it is a bit on the pricier side, the quality shows why. With a pizza type for every person and kind, attentive staff, this spot won't disappoint. We love Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza in Centennial, especially their gluten free options. I have yet to find a gluten free pizza that is as consistently good as the one at Marco’s and their sister restaurant, Dough Counter. We have been ordering from Marco’s for many years, even through all the name changes, and it has always been one of our favorite spots. Now that we have a three year old who is gluten free and has pizza day every Friday at school, Marco’s has become even more special to us. Every Thursday night we pick up pizza so she can bring it the next day and enjoy pizza with her friends. It reheats beautifully and makes her feel included in the fun, which means a lot as a parent. We also love their creamy parmesan sauce and the consistency of their food. On top of that, the fact that they offer vegan options and vegan cheese for my husband, who is dairy free, makes Marco’s an easy choice for our weekly pizza night. Great food, great options for dietary needs, and a place our whole family can enjoy. We are longtime fans.
We love Marco’s! We come almost every week! Best happy hour around, and the pizza is amazing. I love the pistachio pizza, but I have come to love the pepperoni pizza on happy hour. The $6 Chianti can’t be beat! Helen has been our server many times and she takes great care of us. Best place to eat in the area and such a great value!
Ella was super nice to us and a great server. Food is really tasty and we really like the atmosphere. The soup here is always stellar! We especially love the panna cotta dessert. Food is excellent; service is excellent; we will come back again many times, only one minor issue is the Diet Coke in the soda fountain machine may need the carbonation changed more frequently as it comes out somewhat flat. Been working by this restaurant for a while but never had time to stop in until today. Pizza crust was crisp on the bottom, chewy in the middle and topping were great. Great atmosphere. Plenty of natural light. Clean. Stephen did an outstanding job at the bar. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Top notch!
Marco’s is a gem! The wife and I have been coming to eat here for years. We recently moved out of state any any time I’m back in Colorado for work I stop by. For those that are gluten intolerant, this pizza is like nothing you have eaten. No crumbly or gummy crust. This is so good the first time we double checked to make sure it was not regular crust. My fav is the Queens (vegan) with pepperoni. Don’t hesitate to stop by and leave room to try their desserts! Keep an eye out for Marco. He is a friendly and genuine as they come.
